This qualification will provide you with skills and knowledge in instrumentation, process automation and control, allowing you to break into an industry that is high on the National Skills Shortage list. You will be exposed to both classroom and workplace training, ensuring you will gain the skills to have a rewarding career within this field.
Structure
This is a 103 week qualification (including study breaks). You will be required to attend class 2 days per week (9am - 3pm) along with self paced independent learning time. The qualification is comprised of competency based training and assessment - no exams! You will also be required to complete 360 hours of vocational placement.
Support
Students will be provided with resources, assessment tools, organization policies and procedures and reference resources. Trainers are available (by appointment) for one-on-one mentoring if required.
EIM also boasts a strong student hub and student services department.
