What will I learn?

In this joint degree/diploma with Fleming College, students develop a specialized set of skills and knowledge in ecological rehabilitation. Youll spend the first two years at Fleming Colleges School of Environmental and Natural Resource Sciences in Lindsay, practising restoration in field work and applied courses. The final two years of your degree at Trent let you specialize and further develop your science, planning, and communications expertise through hands-on field camps nearby or abroad. Youll graduate with both a college diploma and university degree in four years, and a solid foundation of practical experience with environmental restoration.

Entry requirements

For international students

Student must complete High School diploma (or equivalent) qualification.

English Language Proficiency Tests:

  • TOEFL: minimum score of 86 IBT with a minimum writing score of 20.
  • IELTS: minimum score of 6.5, with no band below 6.0
  • CAEL: minimum score of 60
  • Cambridge B2 First, C1 Advanced/C2 Proficiency (Certificate of Advanced English): 176, with no sub-score below 169
  • Pearson PTE Academic: minimum score of 59.
  • The Duolingo English Test score of 115
