Why study Mathematics – Computational Science? (Specialization program)
This program allows you to combine and balance your interests in mathematics and/or statistics with studies in computing science, bringing together the analytical and problem solving skills of mathematical training with the power of modern computing science.
This program is only available with a BSc with Specialization degree.
Why take the BSc Specialization degree?
The Bachelor of Science Specialization degree provides a focused education in one program. You will take most of your courses in your main subject area, and are expected to maintain a higher standard of academic achievement. A Specialization degree can provide the background to help you proceed to a higher degree, but its primary function is to provide a comprehensive education at the undergraduate level.
This program can also be taken as part of a BSc Honors degree.

Students applying directly from high school.
Admission is based on complete academic history and achievement in three main areas: Grades, English proficiency, and completion of required subjects.
English language Requirement:
TOEFL: iBT: At least 90 with a minimum score of 21 points in each section
IELTS(Academic): At least 6.5 with no band less than 6.0
CanTEST(Canadian Test of English for Scholars and Trainees): At least 4.5, with no part lower than 4
PTE(Academic): At least 61, with no less than 60 in each communicative skill
CAEL (Canadian Academic English Language assessment) Either CAEL (paper) or CAEL CE (computer): A score of at least 70, with no band less than 60
Duolingo English Test: 120 for English Language Proficiency, with no sub score below 100
