Summary
What is the programme about?
This programme is designed to provide higher level Civil Engineering Technicians to the construction industry and covers several transferable skills. The areas of specialty include Civil Engineering, Construction, Geotechnical Engineering, Highway Engineering, Public Health Engineering and Structural Engineering. As a higher level Technician, graduates will undertake challenging and responsible activities on site, in the laboratory or the design office. During the programme, there are opportunities for students to participate in site visits, organised by the programme team.

The programme is suited to students from second level and mature students who wish to work in the construction and civil engineering industry in Ireland and abroad.
