What is the programme about?

This programme is designed to enhance the skills of Chemists and Laboratory Technicians in analytical methods used for developing and testing chemical, pharmaceutical, food and drug products. It also builds and improves on the students’ knowledge of organic, inorganic and physical chemistry.

Who is the programme suited to?

Candidates who obtain a pass grade Higher Certificate (Level 6) in Applied Chemistry or similar programme may progress to the B.Sc. (Level 7) in Chemical Instrumentation/Analytical Methods.

An equivalent qualification to a Higher Certificate (Level 6) with appropriate pre-requisite subjects.
