As the third largest campus of Monash University, Monash Malaysia is a globally connected university with industrial and academic collaborations. Monash Malaysia offers education through seven academic schools: the School of Arts and Social Sciences, School of Business, School of Engineering, School of Information Technology, Jeffrey Cheah School of Medicine and Health Sciences, School of Pharmacy and the School of Science. Students also benefit from international mobility schemes as part of their course and can opt to study abroad at Monash Australia as a transfer or exchange student, or at one of Monash’s 140 university partners.

A few Monash graduates have shared their Monash Malaysia experience:
“Monash made me feel that my opinion matters, and that I can contribute in some way to society. The world views that I acquired from the Monash Bachelor of Arts inspired me to reflect on issues of gender discrimination, and encouraged me to give something back when I returned to my home country of Sri Lanka.”
“My studies at Monash Malaysia not only prepared me with the knowledge and skills in the field of Computer Science, but also in the mentality that a professional should have. The standard and the level of difficulty that have been set by Monash definitely well-equipped me to face the challenging reality of the working world.”
“I pursued my PhD to increase my chances of working with the World Bank, and I secured a position with them even before I submitted my final thesis. Without pursuing my PhD at Monash Malaysia, this career goal of mine would’ve still been a goal instead of reality.”
Monash University Malaysia celebrates 25 years of educational excellence in 2023. Since welcoming its first cohort of 417 students in 1998, the University has gone from strength to strength in delivering research excellence and education innovation.
