What will I learn?

Faculty of Human Ecology is committed to make an excellence and quality in comprehensive education and integrated in the field of Human Ecology through teaching, research, professional and community services for graduates who recognize and fulfil their responsibilities towards Creator and role of self in the welfare, family, society and environment.

This field focuses on the aspect of formulation and application of theories in understanding consumer behaviour by taking into account lifestyles, changing environment and the local culture.

Entry requirements

For international students

A recognized Master’s degree in a related field.

Doctoral Degree Programme is also eligible for:

An applicant with a Master degree or its equivalent.

An applicant with an outstanding bachelor degree with CGPA of 3.750 and above or equivalent to first class honors (subject to any other requirements).

Student who has submitted his Master's thesis for examination may apply for provisional admission.

For applicants with one of the following

550 for the TOEFL Paper-based Test (Academic Version); or

Band 6.0 for IELTS (Academic Training); or

79-80 for TOEFL Internet-based Test (Academic Version); or

Level 109 for CIEP at ELS Language Centre; or

Any English Language Test which is equivalent to B2 in Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
