Studying International Business at Windesheim is a great opportunity to gain a BBA degree that is dedicated to you and your international career prospects. What's International Business like?

We train you to be an all-round professional who can make a valuable contribution to organizations and their goals. In addition, you can also specialize with us through electives, projects and doing an internship / study abroad. The programme is characterized by a mix of knowledge, skills and practical education: from theory to internships and from assignments for real clients to graduation in the industry. You will be working on your CV from the start!

Entry requirements

For students from United States

Students must have an international diploma or dutch diploma. English Language Requirements: IELTS (academic) with an overall score of 6.0 or higher; TOEFL: internet-based 80, computer-based 213, paper-based: 550 or iBT Home Edition: 80; Cambridge: B2 (Proficiency).

For international students

Must have an international diploma or dutch diploma.

Windesheim looks at each application on an individual basis. We will consider qualifications from any country and measure them against the Dutch equivalents.

If you are not a native English speaker, you will need to show that you have an adequate knowledge of written and spoken English before you begin your studies. Please note that we do not accept language tests/certificates that are older than 2 years.

Exemptions

You are exempted from proving proficiency in English if you have:

  • a Dutch havo, vwo or mbo-4 diploma
  • a German Abitur or a Fachhochschulreife
  • an International Baccalaureate (IB)
  • a European Baccalaureate with English as the medium of instruction, or if you have taken English as a final exam subject
  • a diploma granting admission, obtained in the United States, Canada, Australia, Great Britain or Ireland, the language of instruction being English
  • passed one of the exams on this list
