New Zealand

What will I learn?

In your first year of study you will complete seven compulsory core business courses, which will become the building blocks for your degree. These include an exciting two course sequence in Business and Enterprise. These will introduce the types of choices facing entrepreneurs and managers and help you develop your academic and professional skills. During Stage II and III of your BProp you will study specialised property courses, including valuation, finance and investment, economics, law, land use planning and controls, marketing, management, and building construction. You will have the option to choose out of twelve business subjects to major in your BCom. With a wide selection of majors to choose from, a conjoint BCom/BProp degree from the Business School is versatile. It develops the skills and confers the qualifications needed for a range of successful careers.
