The Bachelor of Science with Honours degree is made up of one full-time year of coursework that includes a research component. Subject areas range from Astronomy to Statistics, and you may complete the programme in two subjects if desired (combined honours). Study Involve: Lab experiments, fieldwork, and computing skills in our state-of-the-art facilities including a nano lab, super conduction magnet lab, cloud chamber, and cryogenics lab. UC has contributed much to the field with alumnus like Ernest Rutherford and Beatrice Tinsley, with current research including Medical Physics, Nanotechnology, and Cosmology.
