What will I learn?

Designed for practising teachers, this masters programme will equip you with relevant, research-informed knowledge and skills to enhance your practice and address vital educational issues within your own work context. If you are a practising teacher who would like to advance your knowledge, skills and qualification and apply them directly to your own work context, this programme will help you to achieve your goals. You will be equipped with world-leading research, knowledge and tools to help enhance your own teaching practice. In this way, you can better achieve positive and equitable outcomes for diverse communities and learners. This practitioner-focused programme is designed to be taken part-time, outside of school hours, using a blend of face-to-face and online delivery. 120-point taught masters. An advanced fast-track degree for practising teachers with at least one or two years’ experience (depending on prior qualifications).

Entry requirements

For international students

You must have completed an undergraduate degree in education, teaching or physical education; or one year of postgraduate study in education or teaching, following an undergraduate degree, at a recognised university (or similar institution) with a GPE of 5.0 or higher.In addition, you must have at least one year of teaching experience. At least two years of teaching experience is required if you have completed an undergraduate degree in education, teaching or physical education.
