What will I learn?

The four-year direct honours B.Sc. (Project and Facilities Management) programme combines management and technologically oriented subjects in a holistic and integrated manner. It is designed to develop leaders for the built environment sector.

• Facilities Management
• Event Management

Eligible B.Sc (PFM) undergraduates may opt for a second major in Management (offered by NUS Business School) or in Management (Technology) (jointly offered by NUS Business School and Faculty of Engineering). Students may also opt for a Double Degree Programme or MSc (Project Management) Concurrent Degree Programme.

Polytechnic diploma holders who are granted Advanced Placement Credits (APCs) may complete the programme in 3.5 years.

Entry requirements

For students from United States

Applicants should have completed a high school. English Language Requirements: EL1119 minimum acceptable score C6; IELTS - 6.5 overall with 6.5 in Reading and Writing components; MUET-200; TOEFL - 580 for paper-based / 92-93 for internet-based.

For international students

‘A’ Level

• Good grades in Chemistry or Mathematics or Physics at H1 Level
• Pass in at least two subjects at H2 Level
• Pass in either General Paper (GP) or Knowledge and Inquiry (KI)
• Meet NUS Mother Tongue Language (MTL) requirements

Polytechnics: Good grades in any diplomas from a local Polytechnic; Minimum pass in GCE ‘O’ Level Elementary Mathematics

NUS High School: Diploma with good grades in Chemistry or Mathematics or Physics; Meet NUS Mother Tongue Language (MTL) requirements

International Baccalaureate (IB): Pass in SL Chemistry or Mathematics or Physics.

English Language Requirement: Applicants may present any of the following to fulfill the English Language requirement: IELTS - 6.5 overall with 6.5 in Reading and Writing components; MUET – 200; TOEFL - 580 for paper-based / 92-93 for internet-based; EL1119 - C6.
