The Combined Class 2 and 1 Engineer Officers course will lead to the issue of Class 2 and 1 Certificate of Competency (CoC), issued by the Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) of Singapore, upon successful completion of written examinations at SMA and oral examinations at MPA.
