What will I learn?

The Diploma in Customer Experience Management with Business (DCXB) shapes students with multiple customer management and business skills to contribute to the Singapore experience economy. Enjoy the theme parks and attractions industry and wish you could contribute to their successful customer experiences? The Leisure Travel and Attractions Management specialization track in DCXB will help open doors to working for some of the world’s most exciting theme parks and attractions. Creating Experiences, Delighting Hearts learn to identify customer needs, manage their expectations, and deliver excellent service; develop skills to help businesses manage and maintain profitable customers through customer relationship management; undergo a 24-week Industry Immersion Programme with renowned industry partners known for exceptional customer experience management

In addition to embarking upon careers in the hospitality sector, our graduates have joined customer experience teams at banks, contact centers, healthcare organizations, airlines, and telecommunications and retail companies. Students will be able to pursue opportunities in roles such as:

  • Sales and Marketing Officer/Executive/Manager

Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum requirements: O-level holders must have English language with grades 1-6, mathematics (elementary/additional) with grades 1-6, any three other subjects : with grades 1-6; NITEC holders must have completed subjects with GPA is greater than equal to 3.5; higher NITEC holders must have completed subjects with GPA is greater than equal to 2.0. Applicants must satisfy the following minimum requirements: A-level holders must have the obtain an A-S grade for General Paper (English Medium), obtain an A-E grade for 3 other H2 subjects, and must have taken GCE 'A' Level examinations whilst studying in a Junior College / Millennia Institute in Singapore.
