What will I learn?

The Diploma in Health Services Management (DHSM) offers strong management-oriented training in operations management and healthcare policies, practices, and processes. Students will be fully equipped with healthcare knowledge and health service management skills to work alongside other healthcare professionals.

  • Undergo a 16-week industry attachment programme with a public or private medical Centre such as Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Raffles Medical Group, or Parkway Shenton

Upon graduation you will qualify to practice at any number of medical organizations including public and private hospitals, specialist medical centers, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and clinics. The wide range of roles you will qualify for include:

Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum requirements: O-level holders must have English language with grades 1-7, mathematics (Elementary/Additional) with grades 1-6, any one of the following subjects: with grades 1-6; aggregate type (ELR2B2-C); NITEC holders must have subjects with GPA greater than equal to 3.5; Higher NITEC holders must have subjects with GPA greater than equal to 2.0. Applicants must satisfy the following minimum requirements: A-level holders must have the obtain an A-S grade for General Paper (English Medium), obtain an A-E grade for three other H2 subjects, and must have taken GCE 'A' Level examinations whilst studying in a Junior College / Millennia Institute in Singapore.
