The programme prepares students to be competent and confident data modellers and interpreters, utilising the power of information and communication technologies to assist management in data-driven decisions.
Maximise the opportunities for innovation in the business world
This programme provides the understanding and skills necessary for modern managers to utilise the power of information and communication technologies (ICT) for innovation and performance improvement in their organisations. It discusses the theories underlying the development, use and evolution of digital technology, services and organisational infrastructures.
This programme explains the nature and application of digital technology and digital infrastructures through computer-based information systems and social media in organisations and society; also, the underlying logic and structure of digital infrastructure and information systems.
This programme is not a technical one, but rather focuses on the business models and strategies derived from the technologies, as well as the opportunities and challenges associated with their introduction.
Upon completion of this programme, students will be able to manage the deployment of digital innovation and social media in the business. These skills can be applied in a wide range of professions and industries.

A full first degree completed in a minimum of 3 years duration on a full-time basis (or equivalent) from a university or an institution acceptable to the University of London
GCE ‘O’ level Mathematics – grade C or C6 and above or its equivalent
GCE ‘O’ level English – grade C or C6 and above or its equivalent
Candidates holding professional and/or postgraduate qualifications without a full first degree may be considered for admission to the Graduate Diploma.
