Situated in Asia’s most livable city of Singapore, the Nanyang MBA is an intensive global programme with a focus on Asia. This 12-month transformational programme allows participants to gain deep, practical real-world insights into business models, management philosophies and rigorous academic theories across a variety of industries to prepare to excel in the global environment.

Participants will be part of a ‘live’ strategy project (Strategy Projects at Nanyang) where they work in groups to deal with a real-life strategic challenge presented by a particular organisation. Participants also undergo a comprehensive leadership course (Leading People Globally) and have an opportunity to do a Business Study Mission (BSM) where participants will study specific segments of business/industry and/or corporate/government entities to gain insights and learn relevant best practices in a particular country each year​.

​The Graduate Studies Career Development Office (GSCDO) team at the Nanyang Business School works in partnership with each MBA participant to focus on concrete career goals. Each student is then guided through the process of creating a customised career development strategy to achieve their goals within a realistic timeline.

For the first time, we have provided our students with a personal career coach to give them 1-on-1 career coaching support and to help them develop key skills and self-awareness in their career development journey. In fact, NBS is one of the first few schools globally to assign a dedicated career coach to every MBA student.

We have completely redesigned our careers curriculum for our post-graduate students in order to lift the capabilities of our students even higher. We have deliberately and meticulously created a comprehensive suite of career workshops, covering important topics like professional etiquette, networking, resume writing and interview preparation, all of which are aimed at ensuring that students meet the high demands of our employer partners.
