What you'll study

On this MSc course, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation in aerodynamics. We’ll build on your existing expertise by giving you advanced skills in computational modelling, numerical techniques and an in-depth understanding of engineering approaches to current aerospace problems.

You can then choose to specialise in one of several highly-sophisticated fields, such as space engineering, flight control and simulation, aeroelasticity, computational fluid dynamics, advanced aerodynamics, combustion, computational mechanics and vehicular crashworthiness.

Entry requirements

For students from United States

Students should have a Bachelors Degree. IELTS Academic: 6.5 overall including 6.0 in Writing, and 5.5 in Reading, Listening and Speaking. 

For international students

Students need to have a good 2:2 or above at undergraduate level in Engineering or a related discipline. IELTS: 6.5 overall including 6.0 in Writing, and 5.5 in Reading, Listening and Speaking. TOEFL: 92 overall including 21 in Writing, 18 in Reading, 17 in Listening and 20 in Speaking.
