What will I learn?

Our BA (Hons) Business and Management course aims to shape the next generation of inspiring leaders. Well develop your understanding of how organisations operate and the importance of effective management. This is an industry-relevant, practical and contemporary programme which entails close links with business and enterprise, with opportunities to gain vital work experience. Theres a distinct emphasis on practical learning and youll develop core business skills such as problem-solving, decision-making, team working and communications. Youll learn about the key ideas, models and theories that underpin contemporary management – and then youll get to put them into practice through live projects, short-term internships, volunteering and/or a one-year paid placement. We are renowned for developing graduates who are highly employable and have strong entrepreneurial skills. With an equal focus on business and management, youll be equipped to succeed in a range of business areas throughout industry, commerce, the public sector and non-profit making organisations.
