**Course summary**• Examine environmental, political and social issues in international real estate.• Learn practical knowledge and skills in areas such as finance, property valuation and investment.• Develop your business knowledge and employability skills.On this course you gain the core skills and knowledge relevant to most areas of property management and construction. Areas of study include building studies, sustainability for the built environment, project planning, law, finance and economics, and the impact of environmental issues in relation to business property. These will give you a real life insight into many aspects of real estate development and management.**Alumni Contacts**Our Business Property Management students often progress to study at Masters level in a number of UK Universities. Some of them will return as guest speakers to offer you a student’s view of study at Master level in UK and also share their experiences both of study and work.With former students now working within major international real estate businesses as well as other international companies, they are also a great resource to help you to further your career.

Entry requirements

For students from United States

The following qualifications will be considered for entry on to undergraduate programmes: two GCE/VCE A level passes; High School Leaving Certificate, which is recognised as equivalent to A' level standard; and other international qualifications gained after 13 years of secondary/further education. Sheffield Hallam welcomes applications from international school students taking the International Baccalaureate Diploma and those achieving 28 points or more will usually be successful in obtaining an offer of a place on our undergraduate programmes. IELTS for UKVI 6.0; Listening: minimum level 5.5; Speaking: minimum level 5.5; Reading: minimum level 5.5; Writing: minimum level 5.5.
