OverviewThe award provides flexible learning opportunities for those who aspire to or currently work within health and/or social care and are wishing to develop their career further. Module options allow you to tailor your studies to your area of interest within the social services and health care sector. This programme reflects the increasingly complex environment within health and social care and will allow you to explore the sector in response to changing demographics and the integration of services. The curriculum also recognises the shift in services, from both a national and international perspective, and how they are moving towards prevention, person-centredness and the enablement and empowerment of individuals.
