Digital Relationship Marketing will expose you to the techniques of engaging customers and consumers through the use of emerging digital technologies. This will allow you to utilise knowledge about customers to make better marketing decisions and create competitive advantage. More specifically, you will learn about the role of customer engagement, its behavioural theories and how this case generate customer knowledge. Entry requirements

For international students

Students need 2.2 honours degree or equivalent in a related subject area. IELTS overall score of 6.0 with minimum 5.5 in each element, TOEFL iBT - Listening: 17, Reading: 18, Speaking: 20, Writing: 17.
