You’ll also learn from a teaching team that makes an impact on policy-making and public debate through their research.Looking at the economy as a whole is a central part of this course, but you’ll analyse the behaviour and motivations of individuals and companies too.You’ll also combine insights and perspectives from economic and political theory to explore social issues such as globalisation, racism, and political violence.This degree offers professional training in economics and invaluable political understanding, alongside transferable research, analytical and communication skills.**Boosting industry know-how**We’ll help you master the quantitative techniques you need to investigate relationships between economic variables. In our Bloomberg trading room, you’ll use the same economic and financial data used by practitioners in industry.
