Overview

The University of Suffolk was initially established as University Campus Suffolk (UCS) in 2007, with an aim to transform the higher education scenario in Suffolk and beyond. The university allows students access to the knowledge and resources of its partners, along with its two validating universities, the University of East Anglia and the University of Essex and centres across Suffolk. Suffolk’s courses are spread across four academic schools: School of Engineering, Arts, Science and Technology; School of Health and Sports Sciences; School of Social Sciences and Humanities; Suffolk Business School. Degrees offered range from foundation to postgraduate levels. Work-based learning is an integral aspect of all programmes at Suffolk. The university has strong partnerships across a variety of sectors.
