This course will encourage you to develop your own approach to the subject and offers opportunities for you to work on individual projects, with smaller tutorial groups, and participate in joint visits and other events. Town study trips, to Europe and further afield have previously been organised each year incorporating the opportunity to use a site in an international context. With a focus on practical design work, you'll complete a series of projects that include elements of work such as reports or short texts. You'll explore the functional, expressive and social impact of new construction technology and learn how the environment can influence mood and behaviour.
