In the business modules, you’ll explore the approaches and techniques vital to managing and running an international business. Our specialist modules give you a detailed appreciation of the unique features, opportunities and challenges of the hospitality and tourism industries. Our course combines theory and practice to give you the chance to apply your knowledge, making use of case studies, business simulations and site visits. This balance gives you both the in-depth knowledge to thrive in international hospitality and tourism, and a broader range of transferable skills that can be applied to a variety of managerial and entrepreneurial roles.

If you do not meet the direct entry requirements for a course, you can apply to study an International Foundation Year programme at the University of Surrey International Study Centre. Upon successful completion, you can progress to an undergraduate degree at the University of Surrey., IELTS Academic: 5.5 overall with 5.0 in each component
