Standalone Or Dual Degree Options

Choose a standalone MSc degree or combine it with a professional degree through our dual MD/MSc and DVM/MSc degrees.

School of Medicine: All students entering the MD/MSc or MSc program in the School of Medicine must complete a total of 30 graduate course credits.
School of Veterinary Medicine: All students entering the DVM/MSc or MSc program in the School of Veterinary Medicine must complete a total of 34 graduate course credits.

North American Applicants A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a GPA of 3.0 and a strong science background GRE tests are not required, but a strong GRE performance enhances an application Candidates for the Microbiology MSc degree must have at least a 3.0 GPA in microbiology courses Two letters of recommendation Prior research experience is a benefit, but not a requirement British Applicants Applicants in the United Kingdom system must have a first or second class degree.
