Entry requirements

For international students

UK Honours Degree 2:2 (or equivalent) in construction, surveying or civil engineering-related subjects. English language requirement: IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalent) with no element below 5.5. TOEFL iBT/Home Edition: Overall score of 78 with the following minimum element scores; Listening 17, Reading 18, Speaking 20, Writing 17.
