What will I learn?

The Pre-masters has been designed specifically to help you to meet entry requirements of postgraduate programmes in the Faculty of Business and Law at Northumbria University. You will study a combination of subject-specific business modules alongside a business skills module, which will focus on teaching you the English language, study skills, employability and academic skills necessary to successfully progress in your postgraduate studies. This approach will help to contextualise your learning, develop your understanding of business leadership and management, and support your progression directly into a range of postgraduate Business programmes. A Pre-Masters is a preparation programme designed specifically to support international students for studying one of our Masters programmes. You will study a combination of subject-specific modules alongside English language preparation, to enhance your study, employability and academic skills necessary to successfully progress in your undergraduate studies. If you are looking to study a postgraduate degree but require additional support to meet the entry requirements or have not studied for a while, our Pre-Masters programmes are designed to give you extra preparation.
