On this MSc in Sexual Health Studies course, you’ll critically evaluate contemporary thinking and its impact on sexual health knowledge and practice. You’ll have a clinical or non-clinical background and may be employed within the NHS or other organisations.

You’ll consider theory, practice and research in sexual healthcare, as well as share knowledge and experience. You’ll debate methodological and contemporary issues that’ll enhance your practice within a collaborative learning community.

  • The MSc Sexual Health Studies programme is delivered on a part-time and full-time basis divided into nine modules.

Entry requirement for international students

Applicants should hold at least a 2:2 degree in health related area within the last 10 years; Applicants with a core or equivalent qualification from a recognised overseas Higher Education Institution; UK applicants must be a qualified Nurse, Midwife or Specialist Community Public Health Nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council in the UK and have no restrictions on their professional practice. IELTS: Score of at least 7.0 or equivalent within the last 2 years.
