What will I learn?

The programme focus will develop your understanding of the concepts of sports medicine and sports science and develop the skills and competences you need to work with professional sports teams, elite performers, recreational athletes and others with musculoskeletal injuries, or in private practice.The key aims of the programme are to develop you as a Graduate Sports Therapist so that you can:Practice independently and demonstrate high levels of clinical reasoning, decision making, and evidence-based professional judgement.Apply critical, evidence-based analytical research skills.Use a range of transferable and graduate skills to enable you to engage effectively in lifelong learning and continuing professional development.*Due to Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Bodies (PSRB) stipulations on attendance and competencies that are required to be covered across the degree, the university is unfortunately unable to offer Top Up or advanced entry routes to this course.

• A-Level: Grade profile of BBC or 112 UCAS Tariff Points. • BTEC: Grade profile of DMM. This can be achieved from either an Extended National Diploma or a combination of smaller BTEC qualifications. • T-levels: A T-level with an overall Merit grade.
