Students start with required core courses that address the fundamentals of art and design and proceed to advanced-level studies in their chosen emphasis. Entry requirement for international students
Admission to Los Medanos College is open to the following:
1. Graduates of a regionally accredited high school,
2. Applicants who are 18 years of age or older.
In order to qualify for admission, the following is required:
- TOEFL iBT - 61, iTP Institutional TOEFL only accepted for study abroad students from partner institutions - 500
- IELTS 5.5 (minimum band score of 4.5)
- Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) - 160
- iTEP Academic - 3.5
- PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English Academic) - 45
- Duolingo - Test score of 90
