What will I learn?

Museum Studies allows students the opportunity to learn about the history and philosophy of different types of museums and about the different skills that are needed in museum administration, museum education and exhibit design. The program provides students with an introduction to courses on material culture, decorative arts, historic preservation and museum ethics.

All Museum Studies students will complete an internship during their course of study. This internship will take place in the daily operation of a museum or related organization and include a specialized project. Other courses a student might take include:

Entry requirements

For international students

Students must have completed high school. English Language Requirements: IELTS score of 6.5, TOEFL score of 80, PTE score of 60, Duolingo English Test score of 110. Application Deadline: February 1st for Fall semester; November 15th for Spring semester.
