Public Relations

You’ll explore the exciting world of Public Relations, where you learn how to help organizations develop their brand. Working with real clients to help them meet strategic goals, you will create publicity campaigns, social media branding initiatives, immersive events, media pitches and press releases. You’ll learn to work with news media and social media to tell organization’s stories and to plan events or social media campaigns that will keep the public’s attention. Your e-portfolio will exhibit your Public Relations expertise with real work products.

Entry requirements

For international students

Students must have Proof of successful completion of secondary education (e.g., secondary school transcripts, final exam scores, diploma) with certified English translations. Longwood recognizes the value of the International Baccalaureate diploma and will award transfer credit for IB exams.

Other English language requirements: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - 550 (paper).
