Turn your entrepreneurial passion into real-world success. Students wishing to add a second major to another course of study at the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management have the option of applying to the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship. With a focus on the latest trends and techniques in start-ups and innovation, the New Venture Development Program is a one-year (second) major that helps you plan a successful business launch during your senior year. The New Venture Development Program at the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship offers selected students a one-year immersion curriculum during their senior year. In collaboration with their peers and with entrepreneurs serving as mentors, students build a new venture from the ground up and hone their entrepreneurial and business leadership skills in the process. Ranked in the nation's top 10 programs, the BSBA in Entrepreneurship is highly selective, and accepted students graduate with a competitive edge.

Entry requirements

For international students

Unofficial secondary/high school transcripts may be used for the initial admission evaluation. Official transcripts or official exam results are required at the time of enrollment. If a transcript is not in English, a certified English translation must accompany the transcript. Strong applicants will have a minimum recalculated grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 over the course of their last three years of academic coursework. GPA recalculation takes place during admission review. Prior to enrollment, students must obtain a high school diploma, certificate, or GED.
