What will I learn?

The BSBA, Management Emphasis degree is a 120-credit-hour program that requires at least 48-credit hours be filled with business courses, of which a minimum of 18-credit hours need to be taken in Management courses.

Throughout the program, students will be given the tools to become effective leaders, skilled communicators and savvy problem solvers. They will learn the theory and functions of management; the management of human resources; the development of strategic policies in an organization; organizational design and conflict resolution; entrepreneurship and international management. Students will be prepared to enter the workforce and succeed locally and globally across a wide range of business professions.

Outcomes and Career Outlook

There are many careers available to those with a degree in management. From import and export trade agreements, business systems, international marketing, banking, resource management, supply chain logistics and currency management, opportunities exist across all sectors and all industries.

Entry requirements

For international students

Students in their last year of high school should submit transcripts for all years completed thus far. Students who have completed high school must submit final transcripts and degree certificates or exam results.
Students who have studied at a college or university must submit university transcripts to date. If you have completed more than 24 credit hours at a university, you do not need to submit high school transcripts.
Transcripts are required from all high schools or universities attended.
Proof of English proficiency: This can be shown with an official TOEFL, IELTS or PTE-A score. The minimum requirements are 61 iBT TOEFL, 5.5 IELTS, or 44 PTE-A.
