Interested in a food management degree?

Food industry management involves having a systemwide perspective of managerial problems confronting firms in the food industry, recognizing the increased interdependence among such firms and focusing on creating consumer value.

Food management students explore decision making, data analysis and strategic planning in agrifood systems. In addition to the core areas of study, students have the flexibility to choose courses related to their individual interests in farm management, public policy, labor and personnel management, and global food issues.
