Saint Louis University's computer science B.S. to software engineering M.S. accelerated program allows a student to complete both the Bachelor in Science in Computer Science and the Master of Science in Software Engineering in a shorter time period than if the two degrees were pursued independently.
Computer Science, B.S Curriculum Overview
Students completing the bachelor of science curriculum in computer science obtain a technically rigorous and comprehensive degree, modeled upon recommendations of the ABET Computing Accreditation Commission. The bachelor of science degree also requires 11 credits of science/engineering, including one sequence of two lab courses.
Software Engineering, M.S Curriculum Overview
Graduate-level software engineering courses are taught in labs or small lectures, providing extensive one-on-one interaction with faculty, including opportunities for collaborative research.

Students wishing to apply to this accelerated program should have completed all 2000-level coursework required of the computer science bachelor's program and have completed at least 75 credits at the time of application. At the time of application, students must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00 and a GPA of at least 3.00 in their computer science coursework.
English Language Proficiency Requirements
IELTS minimum score of 6.5; Internet-based TOEFL (IBT) minimum score of 80; Paper-based TOEFL (PBT) minimum score of 550; PTE minimum score of 54; Duolingo minimum score of 125.
