The Ph.D. program in industrial/organizational psychology at ODU follows the scientist-practitioner model, emphasizing psychological theory and behavioral science. Entry requirement for international students

For regular admission, applicants must have earned a bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by a regional accrediting body or an equivalent degree from a foreign institution. An applicant must have earned at least a 2.80 cumulative grade point average (4.00 scale) for admission to a master’s program and at least a 3.00 cumulative grade point average for admission to a doctoral program.

TOEFL iBT of 79 (550 paper based); IELTS overall band of 6.5; GRE Verbal Reasoning of 152, a GCSE or GCE score of "O" level pass in English; CPE grade of A, B, C.
