From program administration to grant writing courses, this program enhances skills centered on understanding organizational and government policies that impact families, as well as cultivating knowledge of current relationships in families through a culturally responsive lens. The Educational Psychology Master of Science with a concentration in Family Policy and Program Administration is designed to prepare students for a career in administering/directing programs that serve individuals, children and families. Earn a master’s degree in as little as 15 months or go at a slower pace, with five different starting points throughout the year. The Department of Educational Psychology, which oversees this degree program, is affiliated with various research and intervention centers that provide research and development opportunities for faculty and students.

Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants holding a bachelors degree, its equivalent from a regionally accredited institution, or a three year bachelors degree that meets the vetting criteria of a reputable evaluation agency, are eligible to apply for admission to UNT graduate study.

English Language Proficiency: Minimum TOEFL score requirement is 79; Minimum IELTS score is 6.0; Minimum PTE score is 53.
