What will I learn?

The M.A. in Leadership is a 36-hour degree program focused on equipping leaders with the competencies and character essential for effective leadership that glorifies God. Graduates of the program are prepared to lead with distinction in real-world contexts of government, business, education, ministry, and non-profit organizations.Students are trained in areas recognized as important in the eyes of employers, such as communicating a vision, collaborating with diverse groups, building teams, leading change initiatives, exhibiting emotional intelligence, and resolving conflict. In addition, students develop and strengthen a Christian worldview that prepares students to ethically and morally apply leadership principles.

Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants must have: 1) earned a bachelors degree from an accredited institution recognized by DBU, 2) show strong moral character commensurate with the Universitys mission of producing servant leaders, and 3) demonstrate through their academic record a likelihood of success in the Master of Arts in Leadership program. In addition to these requirements, another factor that will be considered is the applicants record of service in the community and in positions of leadership.

  • IELTS (Academic) - Overall Band: 6.0 (No section band lower than 5.5)
  • PTE (Academic) - 53
  • CAE - 169
  • MET - 65
  • iTEP - 3.9
  • DET - 110 (No sub score lower than 90)
