What will I learn?

Our highly acclaimed Master of Business Administration (MBA) will prepare you to lead organizations in today's rapidly changing business environment. Tailor your MBA to your career goals and interests by selecting from options in accounting, business analytics, entrepreneurship, finance, healthcare, information technology, international business, managerial leadership or marketing. Our flexible degree allows you to attend full- or part-time and offers courses that may be taken on-campus and online through our online MBA. Students are required to complete 30 credits of advanced core courses and electives. Those without the requisite undergraduate coursework must also complete 12 credits of foundation courses, bringing the total to 42 credits.

Entry requirements

For international students

  • Statement of Purpose: Outline goals, experience and achievements (max 2 pages)
  • Letters of Recommendation: Two (2) for master's, three (3) for doctoral applicants.
  • Transcripts: You may apply with unofficial transcripts, but if accepted, official transcripts are required.
  • Test Scores: UMass Lowells school code is 3911. The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is required for Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) applicants. It is accepted, but not required, for master's applicants.
