The Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at the University of La Verne develops public service professionals to engage in socially responsible roles in their communities and organizations, including in local, state, and national government. Entry requirements

For students from United States

Official transcripts showing completion of a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university (a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.8 and a GPA of 3.0 for any graduate study) or Applicants with lower GPAs who have substantial public service experience may be considered o Applicants without previous related coursework and/or lower GPAs may be admitted conditionally with stipulations and/or prerequisite courses.

For international students

TOEFL - 80 iBT or higher, 550 pBT or higher; Duolingo English Test - 105 or higher; IELTS - 6.5 overall band score or higher.
