What will I learn?

The M.S. in Data Analytics provides an interdisciplinary approach to data analytics that covers both the foundational mathematical knowledge of data science and the computational methods and tools for preprocessing, interpreting, analyzing, representing and visualizing data sets. Graduates of the program will have a foundation in data analytics that will prepare them for a professional career or entry into a Ph. D. program.Data analytics offers courses with significant hands-on components where students learn to tackle real-world problems through public datasets that are made available by governmental and non-governmental organizations at the state, national andinternational levels.

Entry requirements

For international students

provide written evidence of ability to perform at a high academic level by submitting a personal and academic statement. students must complete an application to the university and have official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended submitted to the office of admission full admission to graduate studies may be granted to students who have earned a baccalaureate degree with a minimum undergraduate grade-point average of 2.50 on a 4.00 scale from any regionally accredited institution of higher education by the north central association or any of the seven regional accrediting organizations and who have met all specific program requirements and prerequisite courses.
