Entry requirements

For students from United States

Students must have an undergraduate degree in engineering, science, math, computer science, or physical science (or other technical fields) from an accredited college or university (minimum GPA of 3.0).

For international students

Admission to LTU’s Online Industrial Engineering Graduate program requires the demonstration of high potential for success:

  • An undergraduate degree in engineering, science, math, computer science, or physical science (or other technical fields) from an accredited college or university (minimum GPA of 3.0). Individuals with a degree in a non-engineering field may be required to complete prerequisite courses before being accepted into this graduate program.

The following English proficiency test scores are required for students for whom English is a second language: 79 on the TOEFL iBT; 6.0 on the IELTS; 105 on the Duolingo English Test for graduate students.
