Summary
Sport management prepares you for leadership opportunities at all levels of sport in a variety of specialties and job responsibilities. You'll put your skills to work in a required full-time internship that puts your academic training into practice and increases your professional networks.
Plan A: Thesis exam requires 32 credits.
Plan C: Portfolio requires 36 credits.

Entry requirement for international students
An applicant must meet one of the following Grade Point Average (GPA) standards to be eligible for academic admission consideration to the School of Graduate Studies:
- Possess at least an overall 2.75 GPA (4.0 scale) in your previous undergraduate work.
- Possess at least an overall 2.75 GPA (4.0 scale) in the last half of your undergraduate work.
An applicant with graduate coursework must meet one of the above requirements plus possess at least an overall 3.0 GPA (4.0 scale) in his/her graduate course work.
English Language Requirements:
- A Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 79 or higher on the Internet-based exam with no sub score below 17, or a score of 550 or higher on the paper-based exam.
- A score of 6.5 or higher on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) (Academic Test only; General Training test not accepted)
- A score of 57 or higher on the Pearson Test of English (pilot project.)
