Eligibility requirements
The Dickinson State University Staff Senate Scholarship was founded in 2007 and is intended to help a student who is a spouse or dependent of a DSU staff member pay for books, mandatory fees, or any self-supporting programs while pursuing an education at DSU. This scholarship will be in addition to the DSU Employee Spouse and Dependent Tuition Waiver Request which covers only tuition.

Merit Based Scholarships

Eligibility requirements
Merit scholarships are awarded based on a review of student’s previous academic performance.
Merit scholarships are awarded based on available funds. Priority is given to completed applications, submitted with all required documentation, in the order in which they are received.
These cannot be combined with the Theodore Roosevelt honors Leadership Program Scholarship or other merit scholarships. Eligibility is based on official final transcripts.

Theodore Roosevelt Leadership Program Scholarship

Eligibility requirements
All participants in the Theodore Roosevelt Honors Leadership Program must be baccalaureate degree seeking. Incoming freshman must have a 3.5 grade point average or higher in high school and/or ACT score of 26 or higher SAT score of 1770 or higher. Transfer students may enter the TRHLP as sophomores or juniors; however, a contract must be made with the director to complete all coursework to graduate with the leadership studies minor. Transfer students must have a college/university GPA of 3.25 or higher.
