Hi,
Regarding your query for Disaster Management, you can do the Masters program in Disaster Management in Coventry University, UK. It is a one year program and the fee would be 8.5 lakhs.
Or you can do a Masters in Crisis and Disaster Management in University of Portsmouth, UK which is one of the top 50 universities. It is also a one year program with a fee of around 9.75 lakhs.
The scholarships available in these universities is on the case by case basis and purely depends on the marks scored by you.

Tuition fees for the programme is GBP11500 (approximately Rs.9,77,500). The University offers upto GBP3500 as Scholarship for International Students.
MSc Earthquake Engineering with Disaster Management at University of London is also a very good choice provided you have the eligibility for the programme.

Apart for this I would like if you can look into mentioned below course as well. In recent years climate change has held a lead position on the international development agenda and world political stage. Therefore you will have better job opportunities after this course.
