  • Preferred qualification: Postgraduate | Preferred study destination: Ireland

Course : Information security, university : University of Limerick

10th : 85%, 12th : 74%, B.tech (SRM University) ECE : 6.8 cgpa(from 1st sem), 3+ years experience in relevent field.

As my UG cgpa is low i am wondering if my application will get selected or not.

Also any chance of scholarship keeping work experience in mind ?

Any better university providing same course in less cost ?

Dear Neal

Thank you for writing to us. First of all, you belong to the field of ECE and want to progress into IS , from your write up I perceive you have work experience in  ECE  then, in that case, it might be difficult or competitive. Ireland offers 2 years of stay back and job option in the IS  field are huge. After spending few months you can get part time also.

For more information please share your details with us or register your details on our website.

Thanks and regards
