Hi, Since you have management background you can apply for MBA. In MBA you have 2 type fresher MBA and Executive MBA. If you're fresher then you can apply for Aberdeen University, Bedfordshire University, Coventry University, University of Wales, Liverpool John Morres, etc... In MBA you also have specialization courses like HR, Marketing, International Business, Finance, etc...

All the best...

The MBA course in UK is generally for 1 year. The first semester is general wherein you are taught all modules including Marketing, Finance, Human Resource etc. and in the 2nd semester you have to choose elective modules. The modules you choose depends on the area u want to specialise in. Mostly UK Universities don't ask you the area u want to specialise in till you have covered the 1st semester. Once you have done all the modules of 1st semester, you are in a better position to decide. Some Universities however do give the option to apply for a particular specialisation at the time of applying for MBA.
